Col. William G. Draper was the pilot of Eisenhower's Presidential plane "Columbine," the predecessor of what we now call "Air Force One."  He set the guidelines for Presidential transport and was Eisenhower's personal pilot during World War II and during his presidency.  This website memorial is a tribute to his contributions and service to his country.
